Overheard while watching A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving tonight:O: Is that a boy or a girl?
P: It's a girl. (pause) Right, Mommy?
Which is only made more confusing by the fact that Marcie calls her, "Sir." And both of them are voiced by men. Good grief, indeed.

Ha! My girl child was SO CONFUSED by the Marcie/Peppermint Patty dynamic last night. I think it's time to go to BookPeople and buy her one of those Cindy's Mommy Is Also Her Daddy books.
I never really watched this one. I like the Christmas and Halloween special. Should we just call her/him Pat?
